These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SendLeadSource platform and website at sendleadsource.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SendLeadSource.
In these Terms, "SendLeadSource," "we," "our," and "us" refer to SendLeadSource LLC. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or entity accessing our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use SendLeadSource. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@sendleadsource.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SendLeadSource only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or telemarketing rules
- Send messages to contacts who have not provided prior express consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Customer Data
You retain ownership of the lead and customer data you bring into SendLeadSource. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary to import, store, and message the contacts in your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on SendLeadSource — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by SendLeadSource LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.
Data & Privacy
Your use of SendLeadSource is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Service Availability
We strive to keep SendLeadSource available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any disruption or loss resulting from service changes or downtime.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendLeadSource and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SendLeadSource in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SendLeadSource after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
